This research analyzes the relationship between the maturity level of a process-oriented organization and the enterprise activity indicators. The aim of the research is to determine whether there is a statistically significant influence of the maturity level of a process-oriented organization on activity indicators. In this empirical research, a case study was used, and the research is conducted in an organization that has been process-oriented for a long period and has reached a high level of maturity. Concerning the enterprise’s activity indicators, the following were analyzed: business asset turnover ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio, capital turnover ratio, current asset turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio and accounts receivable turnover ratio. The methods used in the research include descriptive statistics and Spearman's correlation test. It is expected that the results of the research will give insight into how significant the level of maturity of a process-oriented organization is on activity indicators.
