Peer review
Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial board members to assess plagiarism, adherence to formatting requirements, thematic relevance, and compliance with academic ethics norms. Only manuscripts meeting these criteria proceed to peer review.
This journal employs a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of the reviewers are concealed from the authors during the review process. The selection of reviewers is made by the Editor-in-Chief, ensuring their competence in the specific scientific field relevant to the submitted manuscript. Reviews should provide expert opinions in accordance with the Guidelines for Reviewers. Authors should note that the return of a manuscript to them for revisions does not guarantee its acceptance for publication. The final decision on acceptance for publication is made solely by the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers' recommendations.
Under normal circumstances, the editorial office informs authors about the acceptance of their manuscript for publication within 8 weeks from the date of manuscript submission.
