MODERNIZATION PROCESSES AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF RUSSIA

Abstract

Theoretical and methodical questions of providing economic security of the country by means of specification of a course of modernization processes are investigated. Two priority directions of modernization are allocated: education and business. New approach to providing economic security of the country by means of change of an orientation of development of system education - business is offered and new technologies in system of a business education are allocated. The business role in formation of an effective state policy is opened and the directions of neutralization the degradatsionnykh of processes in an economic mechanism of the country are defined. Need of revision of the direction of a development of education in Russia with emphasis on ensuring national security is proved. The interrelation of process of modernization of education in Russia and innovatics is defined. The target orientation of innovative activity in increase of a standard of living and welfare as persons, and societies in general is revealed. The problem of innovative space is investigated and its multifigurativeness is reasoned. Justification of a choice of the state innovative strategy of a development of education taking into account development of the innovative environment in educational sector is given.
