U ovom radu je izvršena procjena dezagregisane funkcije uvozne tražnje.Model identifikuje uticaj lične potrošnje, investicija, državne potrošnje, izvoza i relativnih cijena na uvoznu tražnju. Pošto se radi o linearno-logaritamskom modelu, kao rezultat imamo koeficijente elastičnosti uvozne tražnje u odnosu na određenu komponentu potrošnje i relativne cijene. Supsitucija uvoza kroz reindustrijalizaciju može biti moguće rješenje za preusmjeravanje potrošnje ka domaćim proizvodima. Alternativni koncept je promocija izvoza i na tim osnovama. reindustrijalizacija kroz izvozno orijentisane sektore.
